  • New Home Assistance: Supporting new homebuyers by simplifying the maze of home inspections, engineering reviews, and other technical challenges. He collaborates closely with home inspectors, septic system inspectors and realtors to help streamline the buying process.

  • Owner’s Representative Services: Assisting Owners in the bidding process, reviewing contractor’s proposals, project oversight, construction observations and closeout for homeowners, investors, and small developers.

  • Site Development Expertise: Offering site evaluations, layout planning, and coordination for utilities such as stormwater, water, sewer, and landscaping. (Services are coordinated with trusted partners.)

  • Structural Support for Builders and Designers: Assisting builders and designers with structural calculations and solutions for home design, ensuring every project is built on a solid foundation.
